touch up $100 (6-8 weeks later)
Microblading is for those who want to enhance their brows by making it appear like their is more brow hair. Pigment is deposited into the dermis in a hair stroke-like pattern to make the eyebrows appear realistic and as natural as possible. Eyebrows can grow in different ways so there are various designs that allow the hair strokes to blend in with your own brows. (touch up scheduled 6-10 weeks later) Please check below to see if you are a good candidate for microblading/PMU.

COMBO BROWS

Combo brows are a blend of microbladed hair strokes in the front (or where ever else needs an additional hair stroke) and a bold finish towards the tail with the ombre technique. (touch up scheduled 6-10 weeks later)

- Within 2 years $365
*After 2 years it will be initial price once again
Please be aware that the semi-permanent makeup is a 2 step procedure, with the initial procedure and following touch up scheduled for 6-8 weeks later. A touch-up is necessary due to the implanted pigment lightening by 30-70% during the initial healing stage in the first 2 weeks. After 3 months, this will not be considered a touch up and it will cost extra. The final color is never the same as the pure pigment color applied. True color is visible after the 28-45 day (depending on age) healing period. We can adjust the color and shape upon your arrival for your touch up appointment.

MICROBLADING
No water, cleansers, tinting, sun, soap, sauna, jacuzzi, contact with animals (dander getting on eyebrows), gardening (dirt and dust getting into eyebrows), creams, makeup or any other products on treated area for 10 days, unless given by your technician. If scabs still remain after 10 days continue to follow these rules, the longer the scabs are on the better the color will appear.
DO NOT RUB, pick, or scratch the treated area. Let any scabbing or dry skin naturally exfoliate off. Picking your scabs will cause scarring and take pigment with it.
Avoid direct sun exposure or tanning for 3-4 weeks after the procedure.
Avoid heavy sweating for the first 10 days.
NO facials, botox, chemical treatments and microdermabrasion for 4 weeks.
Do not use products containing AHA’s on procedure area.
You cannot give blood for 1 year.
DO NOT let water touch your eyebrows when showering or washing your hair. If youhappen to do so, have a towel ready to pat dry.
If you have excessive redness, swelling, tenderness, any red streaks going from procedure site towards heart, elevated temperature or purulent drainage from the procedure site, contact your physician as the area may have gotten infected and you may need to seek medical care.
Touch up visits must be scheduled 6-8 weeks post procedure. All permanent makeup procedures are a two-step process. (results are not determined until touch-up application is completed)
Avoid sleeping on your face for first 10 days (to be safe sleep on a freshly cleaned pillow case that you don't mind getting dirty, satin is recommended).
Avoid scrubbing treated area for 1 month.
No swimming until area is completely healed (28-45 days), salt water/chlorine can cause the pigments to fade or change in color.
OMBRE
Expect slight swelling and a little redness in the immediate area.
Keep the area lightly moist using a Q-Tip with sterile Aquaphor 1or 2 times a day (morning and night) for 7-10 days. If slight crust appears on pigmented surface, do not force removal by picking or scratching!! (You will remove pigment along with crusting) Brows are not considered healed until all crusting has exfoliated.
Avoid washing treated area for the first 24 hours.
After the first day quickly wash with mild soap and water and pat dry.
Avoid eyebrow pencils and do not put powder on the brows (to lighten) while healing.
Avoid tinting of brows for 3 weeks following the procedure.
Avoid hot, steamy, long showers while healing. A thin coat of Aquaphor over the pigment is a good idea before showering.
The procedure may have some peeling on or around the 3rd day. This is a normal process of healing for some clients. Do not Pick... picking can cause scarring and loss of color.
The application of permanent cosmetics can be a 2 step procedure. Do not judge your procedure while in the healing stage. It may require a touch up.
Don’t be alarmed if color comes off on to the Q-Tip when applying topical ointment. This is normal.
Avoid the gym or sweating for 3-5 days following the procedure.
Avoid sun for 7-10 days following the procedure.
Avoid chlorine pools, saunas and jacuzzis while healing.
Avoid makeup on pigmented area until healed.
Avoid Retin A, Glycolic Acids, Aloe, and Vitamin E products.
No Terry Towels on pigmented areas.
No Gardening for the first 3-4 days to prevent possible infection.
If you are planning a chemical peel, MRI, or other medical procedures inform them that you have had an iron oxide cosmetic tattoo.
You must wait 1 year after any tattoo to give blood.
Lasers can cause pigment to turn black. Avoid the procedure site.
If any signs of infection occur, abnormal swelling, redness or pain associated with the procedure, call your physician (and please give us a call).
After you have healed, use a good sunscreen daily to help prevent premature fading of all procedures.
Long Term Care
Use a good sunscreen after scabs have all fallen off by themselves; sun exposure will fade your permanent cosmetics.
If you are planning on getting a chemical peel, laser procedure or MRI scan, please inform the technician/your care provider of your permanent cosmetics.
The use of Retin A/ Tretinion, chemical peels or any rapid skin exfoliation products used on the forehead area will cause the permanent makeup of the eyebrow area to fade prematurely.
the Process - PMU
Step 1 : Drawing the perfect brows
You can either bring in a desired eyebrow photo or we can work with your eyebrow shape to form your ideal brows. Using a ruler specially made for creating symmetrical eyebrows, we make markings on both sides. We can tweak it here and there until you are satisfied.
Step2 : Micropigmentation
Step 2 : Micropigmentation
Before creating your brows, we use a strong numbing topical on your eyebrow area, mix the pigments that best suits you and then begin creating natural looking brows.
Step 3 : the Touch up
After 6-8 weeks, after your initial treatment, we do a touch up appointment where we can adjust or tweak the color, shape or thickness to have perfect long lasting brows.
Approximate Daily Healing Schedule for Permanent Cosmetics
Stage 1 (inflammation/hemostasis phase)
Day 1-2 Your eyebrows are approximately 20-40% darker, bolder and more solid than the healed result. Under the pigment, the skin is red and pigment has been deposited into the layer of skin containing dead skin cells, combined to give the appearance of a darker color. There may be minimal swelling but because the eyebrow area does not retain much fluid, swelling will be limited. The top layers of skin will begin to shed on about day 5-7 days, and you will see a loss of color. This is NORMAL. Do not scratch or pick!
During stage 1 possible symptoms may include: redness, swelling, heat, and pain.
Stage 2 (Proliferation Stage/Rebuilding Stage)
Day 3-4 Your eyebrows may begin to itch and the pigment may appear raised. DO NOT scratch/pick!
Stage 3 (Maturation Phase)
Day 5-10 The skin is now rapidly exfoliating and will shed evenly if left alone. The color under the exfoliating skin will start to appear very light and day by day it will start to appear darker. Please be patient and give the color a couple of weeks to become darker. The healthy cell turnover rate is every 28-45 days so give some time for the pigment to reach the surface again.
Day 30-40 Now is the time to critique your brows, the tattoo has now become part of the dermis, seen under the epidermis.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please be aware that the result of the procedure is dependent the following: Medication and health conditions, skin Conditions - i.e. oily and poor skin, very dry/flaky skin, sun-damaged skin, loose or laxed skin, natural skin undertones, alcohol intake and smoking, general stress, immune system, poor diet and not following the aftercare instructions, may affect your healed results for microblading or more brows.
Antacids, thyroid and anxiety medications have been reported as interfering with permanent makeup either by affecting retention or shifting the pigment to an undesirable tone. Remember, everything we eat and drink has its own chemical structure and the electron ends that are unattached or free may attach to others compounds inside the body forming a new molecule that may show a different color spectrum. With that info, clients can obtain better expectations to know if she / he may need more frequent adjustments than others.
The better condition your skin is in, the better the final result will be. Mature clients may need an additional one to two weeks healing for the final results to appear. The better you take care of your skin and protect it from UV rays, the better the outcome and lifespan of the permanent cosmetic procedures.
