Our clients love the convenience of texting to schedule appointments. Please include: first and last name, service, and preferred date/availability.
We have our consent forms online to save time for your appointment. Click links below to fill out form(s).
covid-19 update
Masks must be worn at all times.
When you arrive please wait in your car and contact your artist and we will let you in as soon as we are available. Appointment times will be lengthened to insure less people crossing paths, please do not show up earlier or later.
No guests or kids please.
During service please no talking since we are in close proximity.
No hugs or handshakes :(
Wash hands upon entering; hand sanitizer will be available.
Clients will be asked to read and sign a waiver 24 hrs prior to appointment.
Temperature will be taken upon entry with contactless thermometer. Please be ready to reschedule for temperature 100.4 and up.
Contactless payment preferred - Venmo, Card on File, Cashapp. Cash payment accepted please try to bring exact amount.
If you are sick, feel sick, exposed to someone sick please reschedule, contact health professionals, get tested, and quarantine for 14 days, additional 3 days showing no symptoms.
Consultations
At Studio Sohn, all clients get a style consultation. You can pick the amount of lashes from our broad lash menu when you inquire, we will pick your curl and style when you come in for your appointment, and to maintain your lashes at a healthy state, the artist will chose an appropriate length and weight with their knowledge and skill.
Foreign fills / FILLS
We do not do fills from other lash artist, we will do a removal and a new full set. Anything 4 weeks and after is considered a full set.
Cancellation policy
Your appointment is important to us, it is reserved especially for you. Rescheduling is necessary sometimes, however, we require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, not doing so will result in a 50% fee of your scheduled service from the card provided for your appointment. No shows will be charged full price of missed appointment.
Late Policy
Please note if you are 10 mins late to your appointment, you will be rescheduled, or it will cut into your appointment time.
